Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing the following materials in percentage by weight: 10-14% of chromium metaborate, 30-35% of calcium phosphate, 16-20% of perlite, 16-20% of petalite and 15-25% of colemanite; (2) smashing, wherein the particle size of smashing is 30-80 meshes; (3) preparing materials, namely mixing the materials together; (4) stirring uniformly, adding 1-5% of potassium chloride, and stirring for 8 minutes; and (5) detecting and packaging. The steel slag conglomeration agent prepared by the method provided by the invention realizes easy slag conglomeration and deslagging, thereby reducing slugging-off iron losses fundamentally.
