Abstract

The invention discloses a feed capable of increasing the content of polyunsaturated fatty acid in beef. Schizochytrium limacinum powder, sunflower seed, apple pomace powder and bile acid are added to raw materials of a frequently-used feed for beef cattle, are combined and compounded to form a mixed diet, wherein the mass ratio of the schizochytrium limacinum powder to the sunflower seed, the apple pomace powder and the bile acid is 0.8-1.2:1-3:5-8:0.08-0.12, and the total weight of the schizochytrium limacinum powder, the sunflower seed, the apple pomace and the bile acid accounts for 8-12% of the total quantity of the feed. According to the feed disclosed by the invention, selected materials are excellent, economical and practical; after the beef cattle eat the feed which is weighed according to an appropriate compounding ratio, the content of unsaturated fat acid in fat tissues of meat products can be effectively increased, and particularly the content of CLA and the content of DHA are increased.
