Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: weighing 0.5000 gram of dihydromyricetin powder, adding 100 mL of ethanol (95%), heating to a temperature of 40 to 50 DEG C so as to dissolving the dihydromyricetin powder; then adding 0.1777 gram of anhydrous CaCl2, after the solid is completely dissolved, adding sodium acetate to adjust the pH to 8.0, adjusting the heating temperature to 60 DEG C, carrying out reflux reactions for 1.5 hours under heating; after the reactions are finished, cooling to the room temperature, performing suction filtration, then washing the solid by ethanol (95%) and distilled water for several times, and then baking the solid in an baking oven with a temperature of 50 DEG C for 24 hours to remove the water so as to obtain the dihydromyricetin-calcium complex. By optimizing the synthesis conditions, the complex with high anti-oxidation activity and stability can be obtained.
