Abstract

The invention provides an electro-spinning thin film having a multi-stage shape memorizing performance and a preparation method thereof. Polymers for use are dissolved in solvents to prepare stock solutions of the different polymers; then electro-spinning is performed by using different needle heads, and simultaneously the electro-spinning thin film is collected on a rotating planar rotary disc or roller collecting device. The electro-spinning thin film is formed by compounding polymer fibers with the diameters of 50nm-5 microns prepared from two different kinds of polymer stock solutions or three different kinds of polymer stock solutions via an electrostatic spinning method. The polymer fibers, which are prepared from two different kinds of polymer stock solutions or three different kinds of polymer stock solutions, in the electro-spinning thin film intersect mutually to form a spatial net-shaped intersecting porous micro-nano structure. The preparation method is free of influence of compatibility of the polymers; the multi-stage shape memorizing performance of the material can be controlled by adjusting the variety and the composition of polymers and the electro-spinning parameters; the operation is simple and convenient.
