Abstract

According to the invention, herba houttuyniae, radix scutellariae, radix isatidis, fructus forsythia and honeysuckle are used as main medicinal materials to prepare the high-content compound herba houttuyniae mixture. The mixture contains the following active medicinal components: 10-25 micrograms / ml of houttuynin, 50-100 micrograms / ml of quercitrin, 1-2 mg / ml of baicalin and 15-40 micrograms / ml of forsythin. The preparation technology comprises the following steps: (1) flash extraction; (2) steam distillation; (3) alcohol precipitation; (4) water precipitation; and (5) preparation of the mixture. By the preparation technology, contents of the active medicinal components such as houttuynin, quercitrin and the like in the compound herba houttuyniae mixture can be effectively increased. In addition, components such as polysaccharide, protein, tannin and the like in the medicinal materials can be removed.
