Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of easily cut and extruded zinc alloy. The easily cut and extruded zinc alloy comprises the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 6-30% of aluminum, 2-7% of copper, 0.05-1.0% of bismuth, less than 0.01% of lead, 0.05-0.5% of other elements and the balance of zinc and unavoidable impurities, wherein the other elements include at least two selected from rare earth, titanium and boron. The preparation method comprises the steps of preparing the raw materials according to the component ratio; smelting; casting; carrying out hot extrusion; carrying out intermediate thermal treatment; pulling out; quenching; pulling out a finished product; and carrying out thermal treatment on the finished product, wherein the extrusion temperature ranges from 300 DEG C to 380 DEG C, the intermediate thermal treatment is carried out at the temperature of 300-350 DEG C for 1-2 hours, the quenching temperature ranges from 300 DEG C to 350 DEG C, and the finished product is subjected to thermal treatment at the temperature of 150-180 DEG C for 25-50 minutes.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of free-cutting extruded zinc alloy. Background technique [0002] Lead is an element that is extremely harmful to the human body and the environment. For example, lead can cause irreversible damage to the blood and nervous system of the human body, especially to the kidneys and cranial nerves of children. In recent years, countries around the world have become more and more aware of the harm of lead to the human body and the environment, and have reached a broad consensus. Governments and various organizations have also formed various restrictions on the control of lead hazards. For example: the European Union ROHS Directive (Prohibition of Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment) was officially promulgated in January 2003 and officially implemented on July 1, 2006. It came into effect on April 1, and recently promulgated the national environmental protection standard for faucets "Tech...
