The preparation device comprises the high-frequency inductive smelting furnace and an aerosol can; the high-frequency inductive smelting furnace and the ultrasonic generator are arranged in the top center of the aerosol can; the ultrasonic generator is mounted on the side wall of the high-frequency inductive smelting furnace, and is connected with an amplitude transformer; and the bottom of the aerosol canis connected with the collecting tank.
