Abstract

The invention discloses a compact high-resolution wide-view-field spectral imaging system which is mainly composed of a front-end system and a Littrow type beam splitting system. The beam splitting system comprises a slit, a collimation / focus lens set, an immersed plane diffraction grating and an area array detector. The view field stop slit is arranged on the focal plane of the front-end system, and the system has the advantages of being large in view field, compact in structure and high in spectral resolution. All lenses and an immersed grating substrate material are all made of silicon, and obtaining is easy. The system can be carried with a satellite or aerocraft to detect the concentration distribution condition of carbon dioxide in air. By means of a method that the same set of lenses is adopted as a collimating lens and a focus lens, the system can be compact, light weight is achieved, and the system is flexible and convenient to load. By means of the system, the problems that an existing grating beam splitting type imaging spectrometer is large in size, and it is hard to achieve the large view field and the high spectral resolution at the same time can be effectively solved, and the wide high-resolution spectral imaging system is designed and can be carried with small and micro satellites.
