Abstract

The invention is characterized in that the system comprises a permeation promoting layer, a rubble layer and a water permeable layer which are paved from bottom to top. The permeation promoting layer contains several permeation promoting holes which vertically pass through the permeation promoting layer. The permeation promoting holes are filled with pebbles and rubbles. The permeable pavement system is suitable for weakly-permeable soil regions and has good engineering application value. By the system, rain gathered on the pavement can be effectively reduced, flood disasters can be minimized, pollution to soil and underground water can be decreased, water environment conditions can be improved, load for sewage treatment plants due to runoff pollution can be lowered, and supplementary amount of underground water can be increased. The system is also one of technical measures for construction of a sponge city.
