Problems solved by technology

[0002] Carbon dioxide phase change rock-breaking technology has been applied in the fields of coal mine engineering and geotechnical engineering, but there are few studies on the rock-breaking mechanism.
The piezoresistive sensor needs an external pulse power supply and trigger device during testing, which makes the measurement more troublesome, and it is quite inconvenient for the sensor to be placed in the hole
Piezoelectric quartz sensors can generally only be used to measure the dynamic load on the surface of materials. Piezoelectric ceramic sensors have low mechanical strength, are fragile, and have small piezoelectric coefficients. They require an external charge amplifier. These types of sensors are not suitable for carbon dioxide phase transitions. Hole pressure measurement during rock breaking

Embodiment Construction

[0025] The present invention will be further described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

[0026] Preparatory work: 1) Purchase a number of PVDF piezoelectric film sensors 7 produced by the same manufacturer in the same batch, and obtain the piezoelectric coefficient d after calibration. 2) Spray a layer of conformal paint on the metal terminals on both sides of the PVDF piezoelectric film sensor 7 for insulation and waterproof treatment. 3) Connect the processed PVDF piezoelectric film sensor 7 with a radio frequency coaxial cable 4 of about 50m, connect a 50Ω discharge resistor 3 (R1) in parallel at the end of the radio frequency coaxial cable 4, and connect a BNC connector at the same time, and connect the end in parallel It can effectively prevent the damage to the resistance during detonation, and measure the total resistance R2 of the radio frequency coaxial cable 4 and the discharge resistor 3 with a multimeter at th...

Abstract

The invention provides a carbon dioxide phase change rock breaking pore pressure measurement system and a method. The system comprises a PVDF piezoelectric film sensor, a radio frequency coaxial cable, a discharging resistor, an oscilloscope and a data processing device. An electric signal converted from carbon dioxide phase change rock breaking pore pressure is acquired by the PVDF piezoelectric film sensor and passes through the radio frequency coaxial cable and the discharging resistor, then the electric signal is acquired by the oscilloscope, the electric signal acquired by the oscilloscope is analyzed by the data processing device to acquire the pore pressure during carbon dioxide phase change rock breaking. The measurement system is advantaged in that a current mode is employed, only one circuit is required, onsite operation is simple, and the system has economic performance and is practical.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of dynamic load measurement, and relates to a measurement system and method for measuring pore pressure during carbon dioxide phase transition rock breaking by using a PVDF piezoelectric sensor. Background technique [0002] Carbon dioxide phase change rock-breaking technology has been applied in the fields of coal mine engineering and geotechnical engineering, but there are few studies on the rock-breaking mechanism, and the failure to measure the pore pressure during rock breaking is the fundamental reason. [0003] At present, the commonly used sensors for dynamic load measurement are mainly piezoresistive and piezoelectric. The piezoresistive sensor needs an external pulse power supply and trigger device during testing, which makes the measurement more troublesome, and it is quite inconvenient for the sensor to be placed in the hole. Piezoelectric quartz sensors can generally only be used to measure the dynamic l...
