Abstract

The invention provides a detection method and application of a biomarker for detecting the cerebral apoplexy incidence risk and the cerebral apoplexy incidence based on the tyrosine level of a body fluid. The method comprises the following steps: 1, detecting the tyrosine concentration of exosome in a sample; 2, comparing the tyrosine concentration in step 1 with the tyrosine concentration result of known cerebral apoplexy patients, cerebral apoplexy high-risk populations and healthy populations; and 3, completing the detection method based on the tyrosine level of the body fluid as the biomarker for detecting the cerebral apoplexy incidence risk and the cerebral apoplexy incidence according to the above obtained comparison result. The content of tyrosine in exosome, such as urine, sweat and saliva, of the body fluid of cerebral apoplexy incidence or high-risk population is detected in order to predicate and detect the cerebral apoplexy incidence.
