Abstract

The low-temperature evaporation treatment method comprises the following steps: step 1, pretreatment; step 2, cyclic evaporation of the industrial effluent; step 3, high-voltage narrow-pulse electro discharge treatment; step 4, salt formation and recovery; step 5, condensation of exhaust gas; and step 6, discharging of the exhaust gas. The invention also provides the apparatus for treating the industrial effluent by using the low-temperature evaporation treatment method. The apparatus comprises a pretreatment system, a low-temperature evaporation system, a direct-current high-voltage narrow-pulse discharge system, a chemical washing tower, a steam condenser and an exhausting system which are successively connected. The treatment method and treatment apparatus provided by the invention have the advantages that the treatment method and treatment apparatus can treat a wide variety of effluent and waste water; treatment can be carried out according to difference of components of effluent, and only a small amount of solid residues are produced after treatment; operation cost is low; toxic substances like dioxin are not produced; and treatment method and treatment apparatus are especially applicable to treatment of high-concentration, highly-contaminated and hardly-biodegradable organic effluent and waste water and to treatment of chemical effluent, medicinal effluent, pesticide effluent and garbage leachate.
