The invention provides a three-stage pressure-reducing V-shaped hydraulic
cyclone air floatation device which is applied to efficient treatment of oil-containing
sewage and industrial
wastewater. Gas-
liquid phase current tangentially enters a three-stage
cyclone to form rotary motion, oil, gas and water are separated in a
centrifugal force field, water is thrown into a water collecting
barrel, meanwhile the pressure is reduced gradually and momentarily by virtue of a three-stage
cyclone cone and guide vanes, and
sump oil is attached to micro-bubbles and is brought into an oil collecting
pipe, so that efficient purification treatment of production water is realized; the treatment capacity can be adjusted by changing the axial distances among different stages of cyclones, so that the device is wide in application range; a back flushing cleaning liquid is used for flushing a tank body comprehensively by virtue of a flushing
pipe, so that a component self-flushing function is realized; liquid-carrying
air current is turned into clean gas by means of triple separation of a liquid collector, a
rectifier and a screen liquid filter, so that a gas self-cleaning function is realized; a pressure
safety valve, a liquid-level-difference
transmitter and a liquid level control valve are arranged, so that the automatic degree of the device is increased; the entire set of device is compact in structure, and easy to install, operate and maintain.
