The real-time millimeter wave radar signal processing system comprises a signal processing circuit, an AD switching circuit, an FPGA module, an ARM processor and an upper computer which are sequentially connected, wherein the signal processing circuit can convert Doppler signals into analog signals which are suitable for a system circuit to process, the AD switching circuit can convert analog signals into digital signals and input the digital signals into the FPGA module to be processed, the FPGA module serves as a coprocessor and can convert time-domain signals into frequency-domain signals, the ARM processor serves as a main controller, is in charge of operation of the whole system and controlling communication and data transmission and storage of all the modules and can send the frequency-domain signals output by the FPGA module to the upper computer, and the upper computer can carry out power spectrum recognition on the frequency-domain signals, can remove aberrant points through a trace method, can carry out fitting processing to finally obtain a velocity curve and can calculate out an initial velocity value.
