Embodiment 1

[0022] Such as figure 1 Shown is a schematic diagram of the principle of a portable ship chimney exhaust gas sulfur dioxide content detector. The detector mainly includes ultraviolet light source 1, optical fiber 2, open gas sensor head 3, ultraviolet spectrometer 4, embedded computer 5, power supply 6, and main box 7. The ultraviolet light source 1, the ultraviolet spectrometer 4, the embedded computer 5 and the power supply 6 are all placed in the main box 7. The ultraviolet light emitted by the ultraviolet light source 1 is coupled into the optical fiber 2 and transmitted to the open gas sensor head 3 through the optical fiber 2. The light beam is absorbed by sulfur dioxide in the open gas sensor head 3 and then reflected by the solid retro-reflector 11 Return light to the optical fiber 2, the returned light enters the ultraviolet spectrometer 4 through the optical fiber 2, the ultraviolet spectrometer 4 obtains the absorption spectrum, the embedded computer 5 analyzes the...

Abstract

The invention relates to a portable detector for sulfur dioxide content in exhaust gas discharged from a ship chimney. The portable detector comprises an ultraviolet light source, a light transmission optical fiber, an openable gas sensing head, an ultraviolet spectrograph, an embedded computer, a power source and a mainframe box. The ultraviolet light source, the ultraviolet spectrograph, the embedded computer and the power source are placed in the mainframe box. The openable gas sensing head and the mainframe box are connected only through the light transmission optical fiber for light transmission. The power source supplies power to the ultraviolet light source, the ultraviolet spectrograph and the embedded computer. According to the portable detector, a differential optical absorption spectroscopy and an ultraviolet continuous spectrum analyzing method are used for detection, and without influences of moisture and particles and other gases in the ship exhaust gas, a measuring result is more stable.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of environmental monitoring, in particular to a portable detector for sulfur dioxide content in exhaust gas discharged from chimney ports of ships. Background technique [0002] Exhaust gas and air pollution from ships, especially in ports, straits and some areas with dense routes and high ship traffic, have become the main source of pollution. Sulfur dioxide is an important pollutant in ship exhaust gas, which is mainly produced by the combustion of sulfur-containing substances in marine fuel oil. In order to limit sulfur dioxide emissions, the International Maritime Organization has imposed strict restrictions on the sulfur content of marine fuel oil. my country's Ministry of Transport has delineated ship emission control areas in the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, and Bohai Rim (Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei) waters, and formulated strict emission control programs for sulfur dioxide and other pollutants...
