Polyoxyethylene (POE), low density polyethylene (LDPE), an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) and other EVA hot melt adhesive coatings are treated by modes of surface coating, film spraying and the like; an inner surface is subjected to surface tension treatment, is glued on a glue spreader by a transfer glue spreading mode and then is laminated with backing paper with silicone oil glassine, PET and the like by the glue spreader to form the novel thermal laminating non-setting adhesive material.
