Abstract

The multifunctional filter core includes, by weight, 50-100 parts of UHMWPE, 0.5-3 parts of a crosslinker, 250-300 parts of modified active carbon, 1-2 parts of an antioxidant and 0.5-2 parts of a lubricant. The modified active carbon is prepared through the steps of: impregnating the coconut shell active carbon in a 1 mol / L concentrated sulfuric acid solution to oxidize the coconut shell active carbon; modifying the oxidized active carbon by soaking the oxidized active carbon in a 400 mg / L silver ammonia solution and 0.5 g / L diamino-bis(tert-butoxyl)silane to prepare the modified active carbon; and fully mixing the raw materials, placing the mixture in a mould and increasing the temperature to 150 DEG C under protection of nitrogen at the increasing rate of 5 DEG C / min, maintaining the temperature for 10 min, and finally reducing the temperature to room temperature at the reduction rate of 15 DEG C / min to prepare the filter core.
