Abstract

The invention discloses a biodegradable plastic particle master batch including the following substances: polyethylene, a filler being 1-2 [mu]m in size, a degrading agent, a dispersing agent and a lubricant agent. Compared with the prior art, an agricultural film produced from the master batch has the following mechanical performances, according to GB4455-2006 standard: tensile strength being not less than 14 MPa in both longitudinal and transversal directions, breaking elongation being not less than 300% in both longitudinal and transversal directions, and right-angle tear strength being not less than 55 kN / m in both longitudinal and transversal directions. The film has good light transmittance and can increase yield of cotton. After induction period for 60 days and degradation period for 150 days, residual chip of the thin film is less than 4*4 cm<2>.
