The energy-saving deacidification unit comprises a pyrolytic oil gas inlet, a high-concentration CO2 inlet, a post-deacidification oil gas outlet and a post-heat exchange CO2 outlet. The pyrolytic oil gas inlet is connected with the pyrolytic oil gas outlet. The gas purification unit comprises a post-deacidification oil gas inlet. The CO2 collecting unit comprises a pyrolysis unit combustion flue gas inlet and a high-concentration CO2 outlet. The high-concentration CO2 outlet is connected with the high-concentration CO2 inlet.
