Abstract

The invention discloses an effective and low-energy-consumption rapid propagation method of dioscorea zingiberensis. The method comprises steps as follows: (1) stems of an excellent medicinal dioscorea zingiberensis plant are selected as explants, the explants are disinfected and then cultured in an agar solid culture medium containing MS, 6-BA (0.01-0.05 mg/L), paclobutrazol (3.0-10.0 mg/L) and chlormequat chloride (3.0-10.0 mg/L) and having the content of components excluding inositol unchanged and the content of inositol doubled, and a large quantity of small bud clusters are induced; (2) the cluster buds obtained in the step (1) are cut off and divided into clusters, each cluster comprises five buds, an agar solid culture medium containing MS, NAA (0.02-0.6 mg/L), IAA (0.02-0.6 mg/L), paclobutrazol (0.5-5.0 mg/L) and chlormequat chloride (0.5-5.0 mg/L) and having the content of components excluding inositol unchanged and the content of inositol doubled is inoculated with the buds for proliferation and rooting.
