Abstract

The invention provides a novel high-frequency broadband power amplifier comprising a frequency bandwidth expansion circuit, a broadband matching circuit and a power amplifier circuit, wherein the frequency bandwidth expansion circuit comprises a first power supply, a second power supply and an input end, a resistor, a first inductor and a first capacitor are sequentially connected in series between the first power supply and the input end, a first transistor and a second transistor are connected between two ends of the first inductor in parallel, a second inductor is connected between the drain electrode of the first transistor and the drain electrode of the second transistor, a third inductor is connected between the drain electrode of the second transistor and the second power supply, the broadband matching circuit comprises a microstrip line, and the drain electrode of the first transistor is connected with the microstrip line through a second capacitor. According to the novel high-frequency broadband power amplifier provided by the invention, two transistors are connected in parallel to expand the frequency bandwidth, thereby simplifying the circuit design, and ensuring a simple circuit design form, a small size, high efficiency and a low cost on the premise of satisfying high frequency, broad frequency band and high power output.
