Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a device for cyclically utilizing a methanol-to-olefin fine catalyst powder. The method comprises the following steps: S1. conveying the fine catalyst powder in a fine catalyst powder storage tank to a regenerator through an airtight conveying pipeline, and removing coke in the fine catalyst powder in the regenerator through a coking reaction; and S2. conveying the fine catalyst powder subjected to the coking reaction to a methanol-to-olefin reactor, using the fine catalyst powder for preparation for a catalyst, or conveying the fine catalyst powder to a residue field for landfill. Through applying the technical scheme of the invention, the fine catalyst powder subjected to the coking reaction is basically pollution-free to environment and soil. In addition, the fine catalyst powder subjected to the coking reaction is conveyed to the methanol-to-olefin reactor to realize cycle thereof between the regenerator and the methanol-to-olefin reactor, and the fine catalyst powder provides lubrication action on the fluidization of the catalyst between the regenerator and the methanol-to-olefin reactor during the cycle process, thus the stable and safe running of the device is benefited, and the shutdown of the device due to defluidization between the regenerator and the methanol-to-olefin reactor is reduced.
