Abstract

The invention provides a method for extracting a monomer medicine for promoting the cold acclimatization ability of an organism, and application thereof. The method comprises: crushing and sieving a radix aconiti lateralis praeparata bulk drug to obtain radix aconiti lateralis praeparata powder, mixing the radix aconiti lateralis praeparata powder and 95% ethyl alcohol, and then performing reflux extraction to obtain leach liquor; concentrating the leach liquor under reduced pressure to obtain an extract; performing column chromatography on silica gel, column chromatography separation on reverse phase silica gel, extraction and recrystallization on the extract in sequence to obtain trans-ferulic acid-4-beta-glucoside. By optimizing an extraction separation process, the extraction efficiency of the trans-ferulic acid-4- beta-glucoside in radix aconiti lateralis praeparata is improved from 0.000145% and 0.002% in a document to 0.2827% in the invention. The invention discovers and discloses the function of promoting the cold acclimatization ability of the organism of the trans-ferulic acid-4-beta-glucoside for the first time and can be applied to preparation of a medicine for improving the cold resisting ability of the organism.
