The wet-mixed mortar admixture is prepared by jointly using the cellulose ether and the starch ether, adjusting internal tissue structure in mortar and reasonably stirring. Strength, thickness and tensile binding strength of wet-mixed mortar prepared by using the wet-mixture mortar admixture are all improved, and the wet-mixed mortar admixture enables water retention rate of the wet-mixed mortar to be improved to 95-98% and open time to be increased to 42-48h; due to adding of the magnetic hydrotalcite, original performance of the wet-mixed mortar is maintained, and the wet-mixed mortar is endowed with functions of lowering construction noise and adsorption heavy metal ions during stirring and preventing heavy metal from causing secondary pollution to environment.
