Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of antibacterial drug residue detection in foods, particularly relates to a high-throughput screening method for antibacterial drugs in milk and relates to a method for detecting 120 antibacterial drug residues in milk at the same time. The detection method comprises the steps of (1) building a technology for pretreatment of antibacterial drugs in milk; (2) building a method for detecting antibacterial drugs in milk; (3) building a blank milk spectral library; (4) building a milk antibacterial drug residue spectral library; and (5) comparing the blank milk spectral library with the milk antibacterial drug residue spectral library to obtain the variety and the content of antibacterial drugs in a to-be-detected milk sample. The method for detecting antibacterial drug residues in a milk sample is simple and fast in operation, low in organic reagent dose and high in sensitivity. The variety and the content of antibacterial drugs in a milk sample can be quickly and accurately identified and the method is suitable for monitoring antibacterial drug residues in milk.
