The ecological-cycle resourceful treatment method comprises the following steps of: (1) arranging a primary collection and storage point for collecting and storing organic waste from a country; (2) establishing and constructing a centralized treatment plant of organic waste, and mounting organic waste treatment equipment; (3) collecting, storing and transporting; and (4) treating organic waste to obtain biogas, biogas residues and biogas slurry, wherein biogas is purified and compressed into biomass natural gas, biogas residues are dried and prepared into a solid-state organic fertilizer, and the biogas slurry directly reflows and enters anaerobic reaction equipment and is prepared into a liquid-state organic fertilizer.
