Abstract

The invention discloses a graphene wear-resistant coating, and belongs to the technical field of new material coatings. The graphene wear-resistant coating is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 80 to 70 percent of first component and 20 to 30 percent of second component, wherein the first component is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 20 to 35 percent of modified epoxy resin, 0.5 to 5 percent of aid, 0.5 to 4 percent of graphene, 2 to 2.5 percent of adhesive agent, 5 to 8 percent of pigment, 15 to 17 percent of filler, 7 to 9 percent of covering polymer and 20 to 25 percent of solvent; the second component is prepared from 20 to 30 percent of curing agent. By adopting the graphene wear-resistant coating provided by the invention, the friction coefficient and wear rate of the coating are lowered effectively; on the other hand, the graphene has high heat resistance and heat conductivity, so that heat generated in a friction process is dissipated well, and chemical degradation caused by local overheat on the surface of the coating is prevented.
