By combination of urban sludge, garden litters and earthworms and scientific regulation of composting material proportions, earthworm adding quantity, composting time and composting environment, the nutritional soil is high in texture, complete in nutrition, high in nutrient content and low in harmful substance content, and effective ways are provided for harmless recycling of the urban sludge and landscaping wastes are provided.
