The phosphorus removal agent currently used is based on potassium permanganate, ferrous sulfate, trichloride, manganous sulfate, polyacrylamide, calcium carbonate, polyaluminum chloride, sodium hypochlorite, sodium silicate, and activated alumina. It can achieve the purpose of deep phosphorus removal of total phosphorus in urban water source water, but its composition is complicated and the preparation cost is high, which is not conducive to industrial production

Embodiment 1
[0016] Raw material ratio: by weight percentage
[0017] Water supply sludge (taken from waterworks) 55%, solid polyferric sulfate 10%, R42.5 Portland cement 20%, gypsum 5%, expanded perlite 5%, water glass 5%.
[0018] Preparation process: dry the water supply sludge naturally, crush it, pass through a 60-mesh sieve, mix it with polyferric sulfate, R42.5 Portland cement, curing agent, porogen, and binder, and granulate it with a granulator. Make 2-20mm granules and cure for 25-30 days to get the dephosphorization agent, which is recorded as material 1.
Embodiment 2
[0020] Raw material ratio: by weight percentage
[0021] Water supply sludge (taken from waterworks) 40%, solid polyferric sulfate 15%, R42.5 Portland cement 30%, gypsum 5%, expanded perlite 5%, water glass 5%.
[0022] Preparation process: the same as in Example 1, the product is recorded as Material 2.
Embodiment 3
[0024] Raw material ratio: by weight percentage
[0025] Water supply sludge (taken from waterworks) 50%, solid polyaluminum chloride 12%, R42.5 Portland cement 25%, gypsum 4%, expanded perlite 4%, water glass 5%.
[0026] Preparation process: with embodiment 1. The product is recorded as material 3.

Abstract
The invention provides a method for preparing a phosphate removing agent from water supply sludge. The method comprises the steps that the water supply sludge is dried, then smashed and screened through a 60-mesh sieve to be mixed with polyferric sulfate (or polymeric aluminum), ordinary Portland cement, a curing agent, a pore-forming agent and a binder for granulation to obtain granules with the size being 2-10 mm, maintenance is performed for 25-30 d, and the phosphate removing agent is obtained. On the basis of detection, the prepared phosphate removing agent has the good phosphate adsorption performance, and the adsorption speed is high (the removal rate of phosphate in water is larger than 90% within 30 min). After phosphate is adsorbed in a saturation mode, the phosphate removing agent can be adopted as high-effective phosphate to be recycled to a farmland, and no pollution is caused; meanwhile, the water supply sludge composite filler is a porous material, has the good breathability, and can also improve the soil hardening phenomenon. In addition, the method is wide in raw material source, the preparation technology is simple and easy to implement, and the phosphate removing agent is economical, environmentally friendly and convenient to apply and popularize.
Description
technical field [0001] The invention relates to the preparation of a phosphorus removal agent, in particular to a method for preparing a phosphorus removal agent from feedwater sludge, and belongs to the technical field of composite materials. Background technique [0002] In June 2010, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, together with the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Water Resources and the Ministry of Health, jointly issued the "National Environmental Protection Plan for Urban Drinking Water Sources (2008-2020)" (hereinafter referred to as the “Plan”). This is my country's first environmental protection plan for drinking water sources. The implementation of the "Plan" will effectively guide the environmental protection and pollution prevention of drinking water sources in various places, further improve the environmental quality of centralized drinking water sources in my country's ci...
