The invention discloses a process of using nitrate brine containing sodium bicarbonate to produce sodium hydrogen carbonate. The process includes following steps: (1), using the nitrate brine containing sodium bicarbonate as a raw material, and freezing at temperature of -20-20 DEG C to obtain sodium sulfate decahydrate and nitrate-extracted mother liquid; (2), adding calcium chloride or barium chloride into the nitrate-extracted mother liquid, allowing reaction at temperature of 20-50 DEG C to remove sulfate radical to obtain sulfur-removed brine and calcium sulfate or barium sulfate; (3), sequentially adding sodium hydroxide and sodium carbonate into the brine-removed brine, allowing reaction at temperature of 20-50 DEG C to remove calcium ions and magnesium ions to obtain refined brine and magnesium hydroxide and calcium carbonate mud; (4), adding calcium hydroxide into mixed salt to convert the same into sodium chloride and a sodium carbonate solution for recycling and comprehensive utilizing.
