The invention discloses trans-polyisoprene, a microporous material employing the trans-polyisoprene and rubber, and a preparation method of the microporous material; the microporous material comprises, according to its formula, 100 parts of trans-polyisoprene and rubber blend, 0-100 parts of a filling material, 0-50 parts of a plasticizer, 2-3 parts of an activator, 0.5-4 parts of a vulcanizer, 1-8 parts of a vulcanizing aid, 0-12 parts of a foaming agent, and 0.5-2 parts of an anti-aging agent. The trans-polyisoprene has fixed deformation at normal temperature and maintains relative high strength, high impact performance and good wear resistance for a long time; both the trans-polyisoprene and rubber are used to prepare a foam material, the relatively high hardness, high impact performance and good resistance in the trans-polyisoprene rubber are maintained, and elasticity of a rubber phase is also imparted; the shock-absorbing effect of the microporous material is enhanced through the foaming process, damping performance is improved, good comfort is maintained, and the microporous material is widely applicable as a sole material for sports shoes, leather shoes and other shoes and may also replace gypsum to act as a medical splint fixing material.
