Problems solved by technology

However, in order to cure the resin-based cross-section repair material at an extremely low temperature of -25°C, it is necessary to use ultraviolet curing, and there is a problem with the safety of the operation.
[0005] On the other hand, there are resins that can be cured at extremely low temperatures as floor resins for refrigerated warehouses (for example, refer to Patent Document 3), but the compressive strength characteristics required as a cross-section repair material for concrete structures are insufficient.

Abstract

Provided is a low-temperature-curable cross-section repair material which can be cured in a short period of time, even in extremely low temperature environments of -25 DEG C, and which exhibits excellent workability and strength development. Also provided is a cross-section repair method using the same. The low-temperature-curable cross-section repair material is characterized by: comprising 100 mass parts of a radically polymerizable resin composition (A), 0.1-10 mass parts of a hydroxyl group-containing aromatic tertiary amine (C-1), 0.1-10 mass parts of an organic peroxide (D), and 1.0-500 mass parts of an inorganic filler (E); and the radically polymerizable resin composition (A) comprising at least one type of radically polymerizable resin composition (A-1) selected from the group consisting of vinyl ester resins, urethane (meth)acrylate resins and polyester (meth)acrylate resins, and a radically polymerizable unsaturated monomer (A-2) having at least two (meth)acryloyl groups per molecule thereof.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a low-temperature curing cross-section repairing material and a cross-section repairing method using the low-temperature curing cross-section repairing material. [0002] This application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2015-030419 filed in Japan on February 19, 2015, and Japanese Patent Application No. 2015-172062 filed in Japan on September 1, 2015, and the contents thereof are incorporated herein. Background technique [0003] In recent years, due to the influence of neutralization, salt damage, etc., deterioration of concrete structures has progressed remarkably, and repairs are required. Especially in cold regions, deterioration is further developed due to chlorides such as calcium chloride and sodium chloride used as deicing agents in addition to freezing and thawing of moisture contained in concrete. Therefore, the current situation is that repairs to concrete structures must be urgently carried...
