Abstract

The invention provides a W / O / W type multi-structure emulsion which comprises the following components by weight percent: 1-15% of oil phase, 1-5% of lipophilic emulgator, 2-20% of hydrophilic emulgator and the balance of water. A preparation method for the emulsion comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing the oil phase, lipophilic emulgator and hydrophilic emulgator and then heating to 75-90 DEG C, thereby acquiring a uniformly dispersed oil phase component; heating water to 75-90 DEG C, thereby acquiring an aqueous phase component; and homogenizing the oil phase component at the homogenizing rate of 13000-18000Kr / min, and meanwhile, adding the aqueous phase component, homogenizing for 3-10min and then controlling stirring and naturally cooling to room temperature, thereby acquiring the W / O / W type multi-structure emulsion prepared according to a PIC phase volume conversion method. The W / O / W type multi-structure emulsion acquired according to the method provided by the invention is uniform in grain size of the dispersing phase.
