Abstract

The invention discloses a high-temperature-resistant lubricating oil, which comprises, by weight, 6-12 parts of petroleum sodium sulfonate, 3-9 parts of dibutyl phosphite, 1.5-4.5 parts of graphite, 1-6 parts of 2,6-benzisothiazolinone, 2-10 parts of lithium hydroxide, 6-15 parts of calcium hydroxide, 2-6 parts of high base number calcium petroleum sulfonate, 6-10 parts of a surfactant, 2-5 parts of an aluminum corrosion inhibitor, 2-4 parts of a nonionic surfactant, 0.3-1.5 parts of a defoaming agent, 3-10 parts of a stabilizer, 3-15 parts of polyisocyanate, 4-16 parts of paraffin, 1-4 parts of an antioxidant, and 0.6-2.8 parts of a film forming aid. According to the present invention, the high-temperature-resistant lubricating oil has advantages of low viscosity, strong cleaning capability and strong high-temperature resistance, and can normally work under a high-temperature condition.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of lubricating oil, and in particular relates to a high-temperature resistant lubricating oil and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] There is a continuing need for lubricant compositions that can be used at elevated temperatures above 250°C. Such lubricants must provide lubrication as well as wear protection. In addition, they must be stable at elevated temperatures, or degrade harmlessly without forming hard, lacquer-like deposits or unacceptably high levels of fumes. Many industrial processes involve the operation of open chains and transmission gear sets associated with ovens, furnaces, kilns and other thermal equipment. These chains and drive gear sets are used in the manufacture of textiles, wall panels, corrugated metal, paper, and plastic films. [0003] In addition to not forming deposits or varnishes and being stable at high temperatures, such lubricants must be usable under high l...
