The invention discloses a water-based polyacrylate antibacterial emulsion, which is obtained by reaction of the following raw materials: 3-6 g of an isothiazolinone group-containing monomer, 24-30 g of an acrylate monomer, 0.5-1g of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene (4) ether ammonium sulfate, 7.0-8.0g of ammonium persulfate and 60-80g of deionized water. The isothiazolinone group-containing monomer isobtained by reaction of 1, 2-benzisothiazolin-3-one, 2-bromoethanol and methacryloyl chloride. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the water-based polyacrylate antibacterial emulsion.The water-based polyacrylate emulsion obtained by pre-emulsification, polymerization, curing, post-treatment and other steps on the isothiazolinone group-containing monomer and the acrylate monomer by taking water as a solvent is uniform in dispersion, good in particle size distribution, stable in compatibility and good in compatibility, and meanwhile, has good antibacterial property and mold resistance, the antibacterial rate is greater than 99.9%, and the mold-proof grade can reach 0 grade; the water-based polyacrylate emulsion can be directly used as a bactericide in water-based paint, andcan also be compounded with common emulsions for water-based paint, like polyacrylic acid, polyurethane or epoxy resin, so that the additive amount of the bactericide is greatly reduced.
