This invention discloses a mildew- and corrosion-resistant particleboard and its preparation method. The mildew- and corrosion-resistant particleboard prepared by this invention has high mechanical strength and good anti-corrosion and mildew-resistant effects. It is made from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 800-1200 parts of particleboard and 50-200 parts of composite adhesive. The composite adhesive is made from the following components in parts by weight: 35-160 parts of soybean glue, 5-20 parts of curing agent, 5-10 parts of mildew inhibitor, and 5-10 parts of corrosion inhibitor.
