Problems solved by technology

Due to the concentration of vegetable distribution and the strong seasonality of vegetable products, the harvesting and marketing period is short and concentrated, and the lack of scientific, effective, economical and applicable vegetable waste treatment and utilization technology makes the problem of vegetable waste pollution of the environment more prominent. The treatment of vegetable waste has become an unavoidable objective problem in domestic pollution-free vegetable production and the sustainable development of vegetable industry

Embodiment 1

[0036] The following process steps can be used to prepare chicken and duck feed using discarded vegetable leaves as raw materials:

[0037] (1) Select uncorrupted discarded vegetable leaves, keep them clean, wash them with clean water if necessary, and break them into pieces less than 3 cm in size.

[0038] (2) The vegetable leaf pieces are squeezed and dehydrated to separate the vegetable residue and vegetable juice to ensure that the weight of vegetable residue is more than 20% lighter than the weight of the vegetable leaf pieces.

[0039] (3) The vegetable juice is distilled and concentrated until the water content of the vegetable juice is 20%-30% to obtain the concentrated vegetable juice.

[0040] (4) Use concentrated vegetable juice, corn meal and mixed bacteria to ferment to produce strain culture.

[0041] (5) Take 80 parts of vegetable residue, 20 parts of strain culture and 10 parts of jelly grass residue by weight, according to a layer of strain culture, a layer of vegetable...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for producing chicken and duck fodder by using waste vegetable leaves as a raw material. The production process comprises the steps of 1, choosing uncorrupted waste vegetable leaves, and crushing the vegetable leaves into fragments within 3cm; 2, extruding and dewatering the vegetable leaf fragments, and separating to acquire vegetable residue and vegetable juice; 3, distilling and concentrating the vegetable juice to acquire concentrated vegetable juice; 4, fermenting the concentrated vegetable juice, corn powder and mixed bacteria to produce a strain culture; 5, sequentially stacking a layer of strain culture, a layer of vegetable residues and chinese mesona herb residues, and a layer of strain culture in a cement pool, and at last sealing and fermenting for7 days or more than 7 days so as to acquire a fermented vegetable residue material; 6, adding the vegetable residues, the corn powder, tofukasu, edible mushroom residue and microelements into the fermented vegetable residue material, and continuously fermenting for 5-7 days to acquire scattered material; and 7, pelleting the scattered material. The chicken and duck fodder prepared by using the method provided by the invention has complete nutrition and sweet taste, and improves appetites of chickens and ducks; the chickens and the ducks like to eat the fodder, and grow quickly.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of aquaculture feed preparation, in particular to a method for producing chicken and duck feed by using waste vegetable leaves as raw materials. Background technique [0002] With the improvement of living standards, consumers have an increasing demand for green and healthy food, and poultry is an important source of people's important meat and egg food. In the breeding process of chickens, ducks and geese, in order to increase their weight and make them grow quickly, antibiotics or artificial additives are widely used in feed, which makes the chicken drug residues in the chickens, ducks and geese serious, and brings harm to the health of consumers. The nutritional value is also greatly reduced. In addition, in the process of rapid growth, the immunity of chickens, ducks and geese is reduced, and various diseases are prone to occur. Therefore, it is of great significance to use green no-additive feed to increas...
