Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method of a Fe-FeB deposition layer on the surface of low-carbon steel. The preparation method comprises the steps that (1) a plating solution is prepared, specifically, a surface active agent CTAB is stirred and dissolved, other components are added and stirred evenly, pH is adjusted to be 2.5-3.5 through dilute ammonia water and diluted hydrochloric acid, and finally the plating solution is subjected to ultrasonic dispersion for 25-30 minutes; (2) the surface of the low-carbon steel is treated, specifically, the surface is ground to remove oxide and burrs on the surface layer, degreasing and cleaning are conducted through acetone to remove oil stains, and then the surface is cleaned through deionized water and ultrasonically cleaned through absolute ethyl alcohol; (3) the Fe-FeB deposition layer is prepared on the surface of the low-carbon steel through an electro-deposition method, and the electroplating process meets the conditions that the cathode-current density is 3-4 A / dm<2>, the temperature is 35-45 DEG C, and the stirring speed is 200-300 rpm; and (4) thermal treatment is conducted on the low-carbon steel after the deposition layer is electroplated.
