Abstract

The invention discloses an expanded pearlite heat-preserving mortar for a wall body. The expanded pearlite heat-preserving mortar comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts ofa binder, 35 to 45 parts of expanded perlite, 10 to 15 parts of rubber powder, 5 to 12 parts of a butylbenzene emulsion, 0.1 to 0.2 part of polyester fiber and 0.3 to 0.5 part of a hydrophobic agent. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the expanded pearlite heat-preserving mortar for the wall body. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the raw materialsin proportion, and carrying out extrusion through a double screw extruder; (2) carrying out compression molding with a molding pressure in a range of 8 to 15 MPa; and (3) carrying out heat treatmentwith a heat treatment temperature of 250 to 300 DEG C and the heat treatment time of 3 to 12 hours. The heat-preserving mortar provided by the invention has the following advantages: through additionof the butylbenzene emulsion, bonding between organic fiber and cement can be improved; and through addition of the rubber powder, the brittleness of the mortar can be reduced, and the flexibility ofthe mortar can be improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The application relates to thermal insulation materials for building exterior walls, in particular to a wall expanded perlite thermal insulation mortar and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Insulation materials specifically refer to a type of insulation material used for building walls. According to the location of use, it can be divided into: exterior wall insulation materials, interior wall insulation materials, and roof insulation materials; according to the internal components of insulation materials, it can be divided into: metal insulation materials, Inorganic insulation materials, organic insulation materials. Among them, the supply of metal insulation materials is scarce and the price is high, which will greatly increase the cost as a building insulation material and cannot be widely used. Organic thermal insulation materials are easy to burn, easy to produce toxic gases at high temperatures, and have poor aging resis...
