Abstract

A flow of the C4 alkylation technology is as follows: (1) conveying a C4 raw material containing sodium ions into a C4 / C5 fractional distillation tower and carrying out fractional distillation; remaining part of the sodium ions at a tower bottom; at a tower top, condensing a gas phase into a liquid phase; returning part of the liquid phase back to the fractional distillation tower and discharging part of the liquid phase out from the fractional distillation tower to form an alkylation raw material; (2) conveying the alkylation raw material into a water washing tower and washing the alkylation raw material through reinforced circulating water and desalted water in sequence to enable the pH (Potential ofHydrogen) of the alkylation raw material to be less than or equal to 7.5; (3) then enabling the alkylation raw material to pass through a dialkene removing reactor and an alkylation reactor in sequence and then enter a fractional distillation system, so as to obtain alkylated oil, n-butane and isobutane respectively; taking isobutane as a raw material and returning isobutene back into the alkylation reactor; adding concentrated sulfuric acid into the alkylation reactor and discharging waste sulfuric acid in the alkylation reactor out of the alkylation reactor.
