The invention further discloses a dynamic reconstruction method which comprises the following steps: detecting a voltage of a single battery by using a signal acquisition circuit, processing a voltage signal of the single battery by usinga DSP (Digital Signal Processor) system, generating a PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) control signal, processing the PWM control signal by using a driving circuit, and finally driving a MOSFET (Metal-Oxide -Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) switch, finally achieving conduction of electric energy among single batteries. Compared with a fixes serial / parallel connection access system of a conventional battery management system, the balance control system comprises physical layer batteries which are accessed through a reconfigurable battery network.
