Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing oligosaccharides with side chains by utilizing a thermophilic filamentous fungus fermentation one-step method. The method is characterized in that the oligosaccharides with the side chains are prepared by utilizing a method for solid fermentation or liquid fermentation of thermomyces lanuginosus. An experiment verifies that through the thermophilic properties of the thermomyces lanuginosus, fermentation conditions are easy to control in the production process of the thermomyces lanuginosus; meanwhile, the thermomyces lanuginosus can utilize cheapcorn cobs, bran and other agricultural and sideline products to ferment and produce the oligosaccharides with the arabinose side chains; the invention disclosed by the invention is a sustainable production method, can reduce the raw material cost and the separation and purification cost and is an environment-friendly and efficient production process.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing xylooligosaccharides with side chains by one-step fermentation of thermophilic filamentous fungi, in particular to a method for preparing xylooligosaccharides with side chains by one-step fermentation of Thermomyces lanuginosus. Background technique [0002] Functional oligosaccharides refer to oligosaccharides that cannot be absorbed and utilized when entering the human intestine, and have attracted widespread attention due to their unique physiological functions. Xylooligosaccharides are a kind of high value-added functional sugars. Since there is no enzyme system to degrade them in the human body, the residual rate in the intestinal tract is extremely high, so it can promote the proliferation of beneficial intestinal microorganisms. Studies have reported that daily intake of 2-10g xylooligosaccharides can reduce cholesterol and blood glucose levels, promote the proliferation of bifidobacteria in the in...
