The ultrahigh-viscosity and high-sunlight-reflection-ratio waterproof and heat insulation coating is prepared from water, hollow ceramic microspheres, titaniumwhite powder, a dispersant, ultraviolet crosslinking acrylic emulsion, silicon resin, a film forming auxiliary agent, a mildew-proof auxiliary agent, a de-foaming agent, a pH (Potential of Hydrogen) regulator and a rheological modifier premix. The method comprises the following steps: adding raw materials into a reaction kettle and stirring the raw materials while adding to obtain a mixture; regulating the pH value and adding the rheological modifier premix; mixing a liquid phase at a low speed; decompressing and distilling to remove water, so as to obtain the coating.
