The degradable, easily-dispersing eco-friendly material comprises following components: 2-5 parts byweight of wooden fibers, 3-7 parts by weight of bamboo fibers, 10-15 parts by weight of cotton fibers, 1-1.5 parts by weight of modified coating adhesives, 1-2 parts by weight of silicone oil or waxiness, 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of fluoride-free water-proofing agents, 2-3 parts by weight of flexibilizers, 1-2 parts by weight of antioxidants, 1-2 parts by weight of thickeners, 0.5-1 parts by weight of compatilizers and 3-5 parts by weight of modifiers. The modified coating adhesives are produced in the manner that silk fibers are put into a sodium carbonate solution with the mass concentrationbeing 0.5-1% and then added with distilled water with the volume being 100 times as much as that of the sodium carbonate solution for boiling water bath 30 min; and the above steps are performed twice.
