Abstract

Disclosed is an organic potassium silicate fertilizer. The organic potassium silicate fertilizer is a fertilizer containing citric-soluble or soluble potassium silicate and is prepared by, based on high-temperature bacteria-fermented and enzymatic potassium aluminum silicate minerals, adding in organic high-polymer active groups. The preparation method of the organic potassium silicate fertilizercomprises (1) mixing and grinding aluminum silicate minerals high in content of potassium silicate with humic acid minerals, then adding in ammonium sulfate to form fermenting enzyme substrates, adding in and uniformly mixing organic matter additives and auxiliaries, and in the meantime adding in chicken manure to obtain fermenting potassium powder; (2) mixing the fermenting potassium power with inorganic fertilizer and organic matters according to a required nitrogen-phosphorus-potassium ratio to obtain organic potassium silicate fertilizer; (3) uniformly stirring, screening, pelletizing anddrying the organic potassium silicate fertilizer to obtain fertilizer meeting national standards. The organic potassium silicate fertilizer provides for the first time a new fertilizer and opens up anew industrial route for preparation of potassium fertilizers from potassium feldspar resources. The organic potassium silicate fertilizer has the advantages of capability of being applied directly toachieve significant yield increasing effects, capable of serving as a compound fertilizer additive to improve the physical performance of compound fertilizers, simple in preparation method, low in cost and applicable to potassium fertilizer production enterprises.
