The charcoal-based fertilizer is prepared by mixing composite biomass charcoal and an organic wasteaerobic fermentation fertilizer, the mass percentage content of the composite biomass charcoal is 15-60%, the composite biomass charcoal is prepared by carbonizing perishable garbage as a raw material, and the pH value of the composite biomass charcoal is generally 7.5-9.5. The content of effective nutrients of the charcoal-based fertilizer is greater than or equal to 15wt%, the total C content is35-45wt%, and the pH value is 6.5-8.0, wherein the effective nutrients refer to the contents of N, P2O5 and K2O.
