specific Embodiment approach 1

[0028] Specific embodiment one: the preparation method of alkali-activated seabed sediment gelling material of this embodiment is carried out according to the following steps:

[0029] 1. Take the seabed sediment, and use shells or corals to adjust the mass ratio of calcium oxide and silicon oxide in the seabed sediment to (1-3): 1 to obtain the raw material of the seabed sediment;

[0030] 2. Smelting seabed sediment raw materials to obtain seabed sediment melt;

[0031] The smelting treatment is carried out in an electric furnace; the temperature of the smelting treatment is 1600-2000°C;

[0032] 3. The seabed sediment melt is poured into the pool for water quenching treatment to obtain granular water slag;

[0033] 4. Crushing, drying, grinding and sieving the granular water slag in turn to obtain activated seabed sediment powder raw materials with a particle size of less than 80 μm;

[0034] 5. After the activated seabed sediment powder raw material is mixed with an alka...

specific Embodiment approach 2

[0041] Embodiment 2: The difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is that the mass ratio of the activated seabed sediment powder raw material to the alkaline activator in step 5 is 1: (0.26-0.85). Other steps and parameters are the same as those in the first embodiment.

specific Embodiment approach 3

[0042] Embodiment 3: This embodiment differs from Embodiment 1 or Embodiment 2 in that: the mass concentration of the basic activator described in Step 5 is 11-64%. Other steps and parameters are the same as those in Embodiment 1 or 2.

Abstract

The invention relates to a cementing material and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a preparation method of an alkali-activated seafloor sediment cementing material, and aims to solve theproblems of slow construction speed and high transportation cost caused by transportation of building materials from the inland in marine engineering construction. The alkali-activated seafloor sediment cementing material is prepared from seafloor sediment and an alkali-activator. The preparation method includes: taking seafloor sediment, and using shell or coral to adjust the mass ratio of calcium oxide and silicon oxide in the seafloor sediment; and carrying out smelting treatment, water quenching treatment, crushing, drying, levigating and sieving treatment to obtain activated seafloor sediment powder; and mixing the activated seafloor sediment powder with the alkali-activator to obtain the alkali-activated seafloor sediment cementing material. The cementing material provided by the invention has hydraulicity, and has the characteristics of rapid hardening, high strength, compact internal structure and good impermeability. The materials needed for preparation are all obtained locally, thus avoiding the problems of high transportation cost and long transportation time. The method provided by the invention is suitable for preparation of cementing materials.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a preparation method of a gelling material. Background technique [0002] my country is a large oceanic country, with a coastline of 32,000 kilometers, a sea area of more than 4.7 million square kilometers under its jurisdiction, and more than 7,600 large and small islands. For a long time, marine infrastructure such as offshore platforms, artificial islands, and expansion of islands and reefs has been the focus of my country's construction. However, the construction of marine infrastructure requires a large amount of building materials. If they are transported inland, it will not only affect the construction speed, but also increase the construction cost due to high transportation costs. Common cementitious materials for construction are mainly general-purpose cements, such as Portland cement, ordinary Portland cement, and slag Portland cement. The traditional cement preparation adopts the "two grinding and one burning" pr...
