According to the method, oligomer polyol and diisocyanate react in the presence of a catalyst to obtain a polyurethane prepolymer, then organic sepiolite is added, a organic sepiolite modified water-based polyurethane polyol dispersion is obtained, and finally a defoaming agent, a leveling agent and poly-isocyanate curing agent are added to prepare the organic sepiolite modified dual-component water-based polyurethane. By adopting the organic sepiolite modified dual-component water-based polyurethane and the preparation method thereof, the tensile modulus, tensile strength, energy storage modulus, loss modulus and other performance of the dual-component water-based polyurethane can be significantly improved, a contact angle reaches up to 97.7 degrees, the tensile modulus reaches up to 388.2MPa, the tensile strength reaches up to 69.2MPa, the energy storage modulus reaches up to 1895.7MPa, and the loss modulus reaches up to 173.8MPa.
