Embodiment 1

[0020] After the kitchen waste samples were collected, they were washed repeatedly with water for 5 times until there were no obvious oil droplets in the washing water, and then the washed samples were dried in an oven at 60 °C for 24 h at a constant temperature, and then the dried kitchen waste was crushed with a pulverizer. Garbage samples were crushed into 20-100 mesh powder. Accurately weigh 1 g powder sample into a 100 mL three-neck flask, add 3 g [EMIM]EtSO 4 and 3 g of methanol, placed in a microwave reactor with a microwave frequency of 2450 MHZ, and connected to an extraction condensing device, set the microwave power to 500 W, the microwave extraction time to 10 min, the extraction temperature to 60 °C, and the magnetic stirring speed to 300 r / min for microwave-assisted ionic liquid extraction of waste oil. After the extraction, filter and separate the ionic liquid methanol phase containing oil, remove the methanol solvent with a rotary evaporator, then take 30 mL ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a process method for microwave-assisted extraction of solid-phase waste grease in kitchen waste by ionic liquid. The process method comprises the following steps: (1) collecting the kitchen waste, washing, drying and crushing the kitchen waste into a powder sample; (2) weighing and putting a certain amount of sample into a non-metallic container, simultaneously adding the ionic liquid ([EMIM]EtSO4, EMIM]OAc and [EMIM]DEP and the like) and an alcohols solvent (methanol and ethanol) as a mixed extractant by a certain ratio, placing into a microwave reactor to extract thewaste grease; (3) taking the sample after the extraction is finished, firstly using rotary evaporation to remove the alcohols solvent, then using normal hexane to repeatedly extract the waste grease in the ionic liquid phase, and after standing for layering, obtaining normal hexane phase (upper layer) containing rich grease and the ionic liquid phase (lower layer) containing rich powder residue; (4) using rotary evaporation to remove the normal hexane in the upper-layer oil phase, drying by using a drying oven and finally obtaining the waste grease. The extraction process disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple process, convenience in operation, high efficiency, low energy consumption, green and environment-friendly effects and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of solid-phase oil extraction and separation, in particular to a microwave-assisted ionic liquid extraction process for solid-phase waste oil in kitchen waste. Background technique [0002] Waste oil is one of the important components of kitchen waste, accounting for about 10-20% (mass fraction) of the total kitchen waste. The waste oil in kitchen waste is an important recyclable resource, which has been widely used in the production fields of biodiesel, chemical raw materials, concrete product release agent, etc., and has a good application prospect. The composition of kitchen waste waste oil is complex, and it exists in various forms, such as floating oil, dispersed oil, emulsified oil, dissolved oil and internal solid phase oil, etc., especially the solid phase oil in kitchen waste, its content is very high, about Accounting for 10-20% of its dry weight, it has high recycling value. Generally, slick oil...
