Problems solved by technology

[0002] Silica is an amorphous SiO 2 It is a highly dispersed white powder, which is mostly used as a reinforcing agent in the rubber industry. Car tires made of white carbon black reinforced rubber have the remarkable advantages of good wet skid resistance and low rolling resistance, but carbon black used in processing car tire rubber or White carbon black is a nano-powder with high surface energy. It is difficult to achieve nano-scale dispersion by mechanical wet milling, and it is often distributed in the rubber matrix as aggregates with large particle sizes, thus damaging the physical and mechanical properties of the vulcanized rubber.
[0003] The graphite oxide reduction method is currently the most popular method for preparing graphene. The reducing agents used mainly include hydrazine hydrate, sodium borohydride, p-phenylenediamine, etc. Although these reducing agents can effectively reduce graphene oxide, their huge Toxicity limits promotion and application

Abstract

The invention discloses a preparation method for graphene-coated white carbon black nano composite material. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding graphite oxide and cyclomethylsiloxaneinto deionized water, and performing stirring at room temperature; (2) adding PS-PEG resin into the above solution, performing heating, and performing constant-temperature stirring; (3) performing laser irradiation, and performing a reaction to obtain black gel; (4) putting the gel into a mixed solution of water and n-butanol, performing ultrasonic treatment, and performing suction filtration toobtain a filter cake; and (5) performing vacuum drying on the filter cake, and performing grinding to obtain a product, namely the graphene-coated white carbon black nano composite material. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of low costs, convenience and rapidity, and does not need to use any photocatalysts or reducing agents, thereby realizing large-scale production of thegreen environment-friendly and stable graphene-coated white carbon black nano composite material.
