The non-slip cork yoga mat is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, cork powder, a foaming agent, color masterbatch powder, zinc oxide, calcium carbonate, talcum powder, titanium dioxide, stearic acid, an antioxidant, a softener, an accelerant, carbon black and sulfur. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: (a) raw material preparation; (b) raw material drying; (c) batching; (d) ramming with an internal mixer; (e) raw material refining with an open mill;(f) sheet production via a calender; (g) foaming via an oil press; (h) sectioning with a splitting machine; (i) assembling of material sheets; (j) spraying of anti-slip glue onto the top surface of the assembled material sheets; (k) pasting of a cloth layer onto the bottom surface of the assembled material sheets; and (l) heating and drying of the assembled material sheets. The yoga mat prepared from specific raw materials in the invention has good anti-slip performance, oil resistance, water resistance, no obvious expansion, good stability, no deformation and abrasion resistance; and manufacturing efficiency and product quality can be improved during manufacturing of the yoga mat.
